Lower back pain,stabbing pain in left ock,numb leg & toes.hydrocodone doesn't touch the pain.im only 22HEL?

i am a hard physical laborerer.currently working pipeline.im only 22. the pain is rediculisly painfull.hydrocodone is not working.pinched nurve,sliped disc,ruptured disc? pain mostly in lower back region/left cheak.numb tingling pain through thigh, thightness around back of knee, throbing & numb calf and toes. ortho wants lumbar surgery. HELP!
